How
much is it to rent a drink machine from
RENT A RITA!?
A.
Our prices vary throughout the year upon availability
and seasonal demand. Our average rental price is $125 per
machine. We require a $150 deposit when your party date is booked, the
remaining balance is due when the machine is delivered. Tipping your
delivery driver is not required, but appreciated!

What is in
the standard service package ?
A.
In addition to the
machine we provide the table, festive "theme" table cloths,
cups, salt, straws and napkins for $15.00. Our mixes are
made from REAL fruit
juices (not that yucky syrup!) and come in five gallon buckets . The
mixes average $25.00 per bucket. There is a $40.00 delivery, setup and
pick up fee, including a small fee for multiple stairs. The
machine weighs approximately 180 pounds, the dimensions are 18x24x24 .
They are quiet and can be operated inside without annoying noise to disrupt your
party. NO ice is needed!

Are the machines easy to
use?
A.
Yes indeed! We mix your first batch and show you how to use the machine.
We leave clear printed instructions but we also have a
professional yet FUN staff available to stay and serve you at an
additional charge.

How many drinks does one
batch yield?
A.
One batch makes
approximately 50 ten oz. drinks. Our experience shows that usually more
than half of guests drink a frozen drink if you offer a choice. We
recommend one batch for every 25 guests. We provide extra mix in case of
higher than expected consumption; however, we only charge for what you
use.

How long does it
take to freeze?
A.
We are the ONLY company

more guests are expected, a second machine is strongly recommended.

Does the machine require
any special power?
A.
No, however a machine requires
a DEDICATED outlet
the machines pull 16 amps of power, so nothing else can be plugged in.
A. Yes,
as long as there is wired power or a generator (which we have available for
rental). We frequently provide machines for parties on boats, boat docks,
party and tour buses and tailgating events
Q.
Who
provides the liquor and how much will I need?
A.
Due to TN state law, the customer provides all the liquor (and hopefully a
designated driver! ). Each batch of margaritas calls for 1.75 liter
of tequila and one liter of triple sec per batch. (You don't need
expensive tequila because our mix is soooo good!) Each batch
of rum /vodka drinks requires two liters per batch.

Are
other drinks available?
A.
ABSOLUTELY! Although we specialize in Margaritas ~ We also
offer Daiquiris, Pina Coladas, Peach Bellinis, Passion Fruit, Hurricanes,
"Cruzan Confusion", Rum Runners, Orange Dream Scicle, Raspberry,
Mangoritas ( a HUGE hit!) and Strawberry Ritas. ALL can be
made as non-alcoholic fruit slushies for kids.

How far in advance should I reserve my machine?
A.
We
recommend AT LEAST one month in the spring and summer seasons, and
for traditional party dates like Cinco De Mayo, July 4th, Halloween,
Christmas and New Years.
